The house is rented on a weekly basis. The house takes its name from the area in which it is in fact called `House of the Nuns`. Recently renovated, consists of a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, a nice porch allows you to eat outside overlooking the lake, at the ground floor contains a lounge, a spacious living room with fireplace (with TV DVD, VHS, video library and small library), kitchen and a bathroom with laundry facilities. From a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where there are two rooms with TV and air conditioning and a bathroom. The whole house is a succession of color and fun, and very light and from its windows you can admire the sunsets like no other. The house is on a hillside in the shadow of two magnificent oak trees and fruit trees, 10 km from Orvieto, 3 km from the Basque and 7 from the highway. It is situated in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the lake and the surrounding small towns. Immersed in the countryside, among vineyards and olive groves, ideal for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, is in a position to allow a few minutes to reach pools, tennis courts and sports centers. By car you can get to Rome in an hour, an hour and 40 in Florence, Todi and Viterbo in 20 minutes in 40. Also well connected by rail and bus. The house is located on the Tiber river to the park where you can take boat trips along the gorges of Forello, charming river bends.
